This website and the services offered are provided by the brand burko.studio (hereinafter referred to as the Studio), which specializes in providing digital communication, design, marketing and content development services.

Cooperation with clients is organized based on a monthly fixed contract, which includes:

• A certain amount of services

• Specific delivery times

• Agreement on priorities and available human resources

• Fixed monthly fee (no surprise costs)

Depending on the subscription plan you choose (Basic, Growth or Full Service), we provide:

• Design and video material development

• Paid advertising management (META, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Social media content and publishing

• Communication with media, print partners, etc.

• Strategies and consultations

A detailed list and scope of services are specified in the contract and annexes.

• The invoice is issued at the beginning of each month or by mutual agreement.

The monthly fee includes:

• Studies in human resources work (design, video, strategy, etc.)

• Use of studio equipment and software

• Cost of licensed tools and subscriptions (Adobe, WIX, Artlist, etc.) required to perform the work

The monthly fee does not include third-party costs, such as:

• Location rental for filming

• Additional equipment rental

• Actors' fees

• Advertising budgets (META, Google Ads, etc.)

Such additional costs are agreed in advance with the client in writing and are billed separately.

• Payment must be made within 5 (five) business days from the date of invoice.

• If payment is delayed for more than 10 days, the Studio has the right to suspend the provision of services until payment is received.

To ensure the provision of quality services, the client must provide:

• Timely delivery of materials, information or approvals

• Active communication with the Studio (via email, Google Chat, ClickUp or Meet)

• Decision-making within specific deadlines agreed upon in the project

• All works (design, video, text, etc.) are created specifically for the specific client.

• After full payment, the Customer is granted the rights of use for the specific purposes.

• The studio has the right to use the created works for its own portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

• The contract may be terminated by either party upon 30 calendar days' prior written notice.

• If the Client wishes to switch to another plan or terminate cooperation, this must be agreed upon at least one month in advance.

• Work performed up to the time of termination is paid in full.

• The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the Client's untimely actions.

• We guarantee that all content created is original or obtained under a legal license.

• The studio is not responsible for malfunctions or technical errors of third parties (META, Google, WIX, etc.).

• All website content (text, design, video, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Studio.

• It is prohibited to copy, distribute or use it without written consent.

• All disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
